Organic Hair Care Tips That You Can Start Using Today

Organic hair care is quite popular these days. It includes a ton of natural techniques, ingredients and well, just wait to see what you discover. As a matter of fact, this first tip got me thinking for sure. Follow me as I show you some of the best organic hair care tips out there in 2017. Maybe they will impact how you take care of your hair daily.

The first tip got me because it is about making a hair mask. Now I have heard about a face mask, but I hadn't heard until now about a hair mask. There are many types of organic hair masks that you can make. The recipe I like most uses aloe vera as it's base. Aloe isn't just great for the skin, but also for hair. You can also include things like argan oil, kukui seed, burdock root and/or sunflower oil.

The next tip is finding products made in America. Even large companies make products overseas because it is cheaper. But this also ads the risk of low-quality products and ingredients. There have been many reports of beauty products coming from China that contain some scary stuff. Lots of companies use toxins and chemicals, this only makes it worse.

Some tips are just a bit too weird to try. For example, some sources talk about using beer for rinsing your hair. Would you ever want to do that? The tip says not to 'over clean' your hair. That makes sense, including the reasoning behind it like not getting rid of all of your hair's natural oils. However, I think where the tip takes it too far is it says to wash your hair every other day or every third day.

Ew! All joking aside, I think there is another approach you can take. Why not use just all organic ingredients and so that you don't strip all the oils. Wash your hair once a day but not twice. If you take two showers, just rinse. There are plenty of other great pieces of advice, like using jojoba oil, which you have likely seen included in shampoos. What's good is that you want to take care of your hair with only natural ingredients.

Natural conditioners are extra important because they tend to sit on your hair longer. This is especially true for leave in conditioners. If you have damaged hair you don't want harmful ingredients sitting on it all day long. Go with a natural deep conditioner to start repairing your hair.
